Beauty Discussion & Beauty Tips for Women

Beauty discussion & beauty tips for women: While as liberated, free women, or those working toward becoming such, we do not want beauty to be the main focus in our lives or in the minds of those who consider the feminine/female sex as a whole, it cannot be denied that taking care of ourselves physically has always been intrinsically beneficial and is certainly an intelligent thing for women to do for the many benefits involved.

In this article, the benefits that are of the righteous sort and which make a positive difference in the lives of women will be discussed. The benefits of paying attention to our physical beauty and of taking care of our external form, which do not coincide with our bowing down to the acceptance of the objectification of women.

Whether male or female, there is a personal satisfaction involved in the acceptance of each individual’s unique physical form.

For women to come to such an acceptance and enjoyment of their personal physical attributes is at times more challenging than it is for men because of the fact that we have dealt with female objectification our entire lives, both in the home and from the various forms of media that we are exposed to on a daily basis.

In addition to this, the workplace has been a culprit with the varied, both blatant and subtle forms of sexual harassment as well as favoritism we, regardless of our physical beauty or experiences of being favored or the opposite, have witnessed.

With each new year of our lives, we undoubtedly see this sort of favoritism and exclusivism in ways that are more robust. As we grow older, we no doubt become increasingly aware of the ‘young female beauty’ favoritism that occurs by both men and women.

What we as women, who must continuously direct our attention to the mission of equality of the sexes may productively think of in terms of physical beauty, is the importance of taking care of ourselves physically. This will help ensure that we are working to be the best we can be in order to enjoy the comfort which comes from good physical, mental and emotional health as we strive to live good lives and lead as examples for our children to hopefully live even better lives than we.

Benefits of taking care of our physical form include:

  • Increased energy that is more consistently maintained on a day-to-day basis as we strive to be a part of making the world a better place for both our daughters and sons to live in
  • Less distraction in our lives from issues such as painful, dry skin
  • Extra financial strain from excessive food consumption
  • Freedom to focus on our important life work with the reduction of food cravings and the time it takes to fill those food cravings.
  • Physical comfort in increased mobility
  • Enjoyment and increased capability for women from physical strength
  • Sense of personal empowerment when we do not feel so much like ‘the weaker sex’
  • Personal enjoyment from feeling our own soft skin
  • Reduced distraction from self-deprecation which comes when we look in the mirror and see early onset of aging due to our own failure to care for ourselves
  • Heightened enjoyment of our own sexuality

Balanced Perspective for Women

The healthy approach to physical beauty is a balanced perspective.

While we absolutely must be on guard to never allow our female identity or sense of self-worth to be based upon our physical beauty, we must also not allow our lives to be filled with the distractions, which are caused by the failure to care for ourselves physically.

When we are caring for ourselves physically and avoiding unnecessary physiological deterioration with early onsets, our health, vitality, energy-levels, and even our insecurities, which often create the bitterness that wells up inside and increases the battles amongst women, within our race of women will be reduced. It is even possible if we all worked toward growth on all levels, that these internal wars would be eliminated, annihilated, and destroyed.

Caring for our physical form is only one foundational piece of the program in our lives that we may use to enable our progress for ridding the world of the still ever-thriving system inequality, which favors men.

We therefore must right size the issue of caring for our physical beauty, while refusing to neglect its importance in our lives for the sake of our physical, mental and emotional health and for perpetuating a stronger, more unified family of women who will eventually gain full equal rights in our ever-changing world.

We have the ability to instruct both our daughters, sons and grandchildren, so that they may keep the world moving in a more unified direction of equal partnership and increased productivity.

The power of directing the focus of humanity has always been in our hands and with each new stride forward, this becomes increasingly true.

Our capabilities of intellect, resourcefulness and strength on all levels must meet with a new form of awareness and activity.

Beauty tips for women is a heavily searched topic and as such will be included in this article and for all of the aforementioned reasons.

Beauty tips for women:

Take Care of Your Skin

The largest organ in your body in the epidermis, containing all of the elements of the women’s body and dramatically affecting our sense of physical, mental and emotional well-being.

The skin is cared for with both internal and external measures.

We are the feminine race. We have the added benefit of beautiful curves and artistic form. We have exotic physical varieties among us. Taking care of our skin is an important part of physical care taking.

Did you know that the very soap or cleansing agent you use to keep your skin clean might be either helping or harming your physical state?

Manufacturers of cleansing agents have long exploited the public for the profits they could gain through dissecting soap agents and extracting the care taking moisturizing elements of soap from the soap products, they sell.

Glycerin, by itself, is a great moisturizing element, which is extracted from most products, which are sold as soaps, and put into higher priced moisturizing lotions.

This way, they have created a need for the purchase of multiple products. One to clean, but potentially damage the skin and second to attempt to repair the damage caused by the first product and to do the job that the first product should have already been doing.

By paying attention to the ingredients included in the products that we are using when we are caring for our skin, we will be less likely to be duped into wasting funds on products that will only dry out our skin and create extra expenses and time needed for repair measures.

Whether using a truly good moisturizing cleanser or not, however, it is good to use an additional lotion or moisturizing cream as a protection on our skin. If we use one that protects us from the harmful effects of the sun’s rays, it will also benefit us additionally in the process of physical care taking.

Internal means of caring for our skin include ingesting the appropriate vitamins and minerals, as well as the proper amount of fluids, i.e. water, to nourish our skin from the inside out.

Vitamins that are known for helping the skin include:

  • Vitamin C
  • Vitamin E
  • Vitamin A
  • Vitamin K
  • Vitamin B Complex

Your skin is often a reflection of your physical health. Taking care of your physical health is one way of demonstrating that you are a thoughtful and responsible individual in life. If you cannot even take care of the basics of personal care taking, then how are you to be expected to care for other details in life consistently?

Whether it is actually true that this personal care taking is a reflection of your other abilities or not is definitely debatable, but we as women should be concerned with caring for ourselves so that we may be in good health as we manage countless other aspects of our lives.

A note about the fluids we ingest. Of course, it is well known that taking in the proper amount of water on a daily basis is vital to a healthy life. When we consume unhealthy quantities of sodas and alcoholic or sugar-based liquids, our physical health suffers, and this includes our weight, energy levels and our skin.

Concern for the quality of the water we ingest should also be a factor in how we live our lives. Researchers are continuously monitoring the quality of our drinking water and find that a great many traces of contamination of various sorts are found in all drinking water sources.

Unfortunately, about 25% of the bottled water plants have also been caught simply bottling the same water that we get out of the tap and selling it as if it is better for those who fear the bacterium in the water.

There are companies out there, however, that provide equipment for water purification, including ultra-violet light, reverse-osmosis and self-sanitizing water dispensing equipment, which give us the opportunity to be certain that we have quality water to ingest that will actually help us to care for our physical form from the inside out.

Educating ourselves as a race is important with regard to everything that we consume and every external product we use on our body.

Caring for Our Diet

Paying attention to the foods that we eat is critical to maintaining our health, vitality and comfortable physical forms.

Let us as women watch what we eat and use it to our benefit to increase our physical strength and capacity for excelling in all of our activities, including our intellectual ones.

Caring for ourselves physically does have a dramatic effect on our abilities to use clear heads as we increase our intellectual capabilities through varied methods of educating ourselves.

We as women can become a powerful force. By utilizing all of the gifts we possess, working together and strengthening our capabilities through unity, taking personal steps in our lives, we will reduce the number of issues, which create conflict among us. Let us care for our physical forms to ensure our physical, mental and emotional well-being. This action being of great value as we move towards accomplishing the vital mission of equality of the sexes. It will help us to stomp out the both blatant and subtle forms of oppression which exist in our own minds, in our own homes and in the workplace with it’s continued glass-ceiling that keeps men empowered and women submitted to their ruling will.

We can train our sons and daughters to respect themselves and others as all being equal regardless of race, class or sex.

Let’s use the power that we possess to its fullest capacity and grow in the process.

The greatest beauty tip of all is to educate oneself with regard to all activities, physical care taking, consumption, and intellectual stimulation.

Beauty is a multi-faceted topic and experience and we can glow with our physical, mental and emotional beauty as we acquire more knowledge, increased comfort and pleasure in our lives and the great feeling of knowing that we are contributing to the work of providing our children with a more advanced world to continue in.

Taking care of our health, may in fact, extend our lives and increase our opportunities for success on this mission of gender equality.
